He is from a highly talented creative family, and was influenced by his Dad and brother to take up graphic design (commercial art) than architecture, after his secondary school education. He attended Graphic the famous School of Art & Printing, College of College of Technology, Yaba and further was the pioneer learners at the Sessions College of Professional Design, New York, where he studied Multimedia and Web Design.

Taking all the best bits he learned from the big firms, Bode Mesh refined and implemented robust ways of creating big ideas from a small studio. One of his books, For The Sake of My Friendhas its setting in Milton Keynes, where he currently resides. His other books titles are The Pawns of Complicit, The Vicar’s Dog and Omo Yoruba D’ade, an illustrated book for learning Yoruba language as beginners.
